Women's Self Defense Workshop:

Location:

Take this class and learn basic awareness as well as the MKG basic defensive skill set! These are the tools that any woman can learn to avoid potentially dangerous situations as well as how to survive front, rear and ground attacks. Our state of the art self defense technology, a padded 'bad guy' to train on and expert coaching and instruction make this class a 'must' for every woman to take at least once!

The next workshopt will be held on Saturday, July 31st. The Class is $50 per person or $35 each if you come with a friend or family member.
