Yoga Classes Coming to MKG on Thursday evenings!

A yoga class designed with the martial artist in mind! Stretch, strengthen and cool-down post MKG class. Pricing: $10 for MKG members; $15 for non-members Time: 7:45pm-9pm Thursdays First Class is FREE! For your comfort, bring a yoga mat or towel for the class.

Inosanto Weekend Class Schedule:

This weekend, September 11 & 12, The Kali Group is honored to host a two day seminar with legendary martial arts instructor, Dan Inosanto. The regular class schedule will be adjusted as follows:
Saturday, September !!: 9 - 10 Kali will be held. The Kids, Women's, Pekiti and Phase classes will be cancelled. Sunday, September 12: None (Phase class cancelled)

For those of you coming to this year's MKG International Instructor Conference in Madrid, you are now able to register online! Go to the Events page of our website, select Instructor's Conference and you'll be registered! Remember, you still need to make your own travel and lodging reservations.
