Who wants to go to Italy With us?
We will be at La Certosa Di Pontignano in Tuscany Italy. The conference starts at noon on Thursday October 10th, 2024 and ends Sunday October 13th. There will be 4 hours of camp-style training each day open to any student worldwide as well as 2 hours each day of instructor-only workshops. This will be an amazing chance to train with your MKG Family from around the world in beautiful Tuscany, Italy.
Shuttles will depart from Florence International Airport at 5pm on Wednesday October 9th and leave from La Certosa Di Pontignano at 530pm on Sunday October 13th to Florence International Airport. These shuttles are included in the price of your ticket, but you will be required to notify us at least two months in advance if you will be using the shuttle so that we can assure we have booked enough seats. We are also considering adding shuttle times at 11am on Thursday October 10th from FLR to La Certosa and at 1pm on Sunday October 13th to FLR. These are not guaranteed. Please let us know if you are interested in either of these shuttle times and we will consider adding them based on interest.
The full weekend schedule is charted out below. Major times of note are: 1) our first training session begins at 14:30 (230pm) on Thursday October 10th. 2) Our group dinner (covered with your ticket) is at 1930 (730 pm) on Saturday October 12th. 3) The last training session ends at 16:30 (4:30pm) on Sunday October 13th.
Conference Tickets at the door will be $750, but if you register before May 1st you’ll get a huge $250 discount to $499/ ticket. Between May 1st and October 1st tickets will be $550, and after October 1st tickets will go up to the full rate. You can get your discount now and reserve your tickets HERE.
Room bookings will be run through MKG. Colton, MKG’s general manager, will contact you via email immediately after you reserve your spot. You can also email him directly at management@mnkali.com. In order to book rooms you need to either have a single card on file that all the room rate will be applied to OR all occupants who are splitting the payment must be registered. Until you receive confirmation from us you do not have a room reserved.
All bookings for rooms need to be complete by August 1st. We can spread out payments past that date, but in order to guarantee a room we need to have it reserved by that date.
Room options are sold on a first come first serve basis. As of 4/15/2024 we only have two person – two bed rooms left on site. If you are traveling by yourself and looking for someone to room with please boom into one of these rooms and we will help match people with roommates for the weekend. If you are traveling with your partner or family and are looking for accommodation together there are several B&B options nearby!
